At Pound Fabrics, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused and uncut fabrics. Please note that once fabric has been cut to your specific requirements, it may only be returned if it is found to be faulty.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the material is protected and including a note with your order details inside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our main distribution center; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fabric, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
