How do I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
We offer a dedicated sample service for most of our fabrics. Simply click the 'Order a Sample' button on the product page to add a small swatch to your cart, allowing you to check the color and texture at home.
What is the minimum length of fabric I can purchase?
Our minimum order length is typically 0.5 meters. You can increase your order in 0.5-meter increments, and all fabric is cut in one continuous length unless otherwise requested.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the UK. We also offer an express shipping option at checkout if you need your fabric for a time-sensitive upholstery or sewing project.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
As fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, it is considered a personalized item and is non-returnable unless faulty. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the fabric meets your needs.
Are your fabrics suitable for heavy-duty upholstery?
Many of our fabrics are suitable for upholstery. Please check the 'Martindale Rub Test' score in the product description; a score of 20,000 or higher is generally recommended for domestic furniture.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts for large home projects?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing for bulk orders. If you are looking to purchase a full roll or more than 20 meters of a single fabric, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
